The product, the delivery window and everything in general about this small roaster is great AND have impeccable customer service which the make personal. AOTA is hard to find in one place these days.

Craig and Heather are just awesome. Customer service to a T. Make it personal and treat customers as you’d expect when buying a product. Shame they can’t package that and sell it to other companies who could learn a thing or 12!! Keep it up guys, and the coffee is first class!!
