This provider is currently only good when you’re shelling out the cash. As soon as you inform them of close of business they fall to absolute pieces.
I first informed them of business closure in April. It’s now September, my business closed in July. I followed all procedures to the T. I paid a solicitor for proof of business closure, it was ignored. I have emailed, phoned, you name it and yet I’m still having to call because today I’ve had a payment not taken after cancelling my direct debit due to my account being closed. Absolute bandits, terrible service. Please allow customers to move on when they close business, it’s difficult enough without you trying to claw as much from us as possible. I imagine you’ll now reply with a very weak response telling me to get in touch- I have however tried doing that. Your phonelines won’t allow me to choose the correct option and goes dead, I can’t currently access your website and nobody reads any emails I send. I give up. To anybody thinking of using these bandits, please don’t.
