The WORST experience EVER!
The WORST experience EVER! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I booked my shipping with them and on the day of the collection nobody turned up. After exchanging messages with them the following day they told me that they cannot do anything for me. I was left with all my packages and had to find another shipping company!

As we mentioned on the phone, there are strikes in Italy which means that your items could not get picked up. This is super frustrating, ad from our point of view as these are all out of our control, however, we have fully refunded you and hope that you manage to get your items back safely on the airline.
