[Update] Originally I had written a negative review, but they did reach out to fix my issue with a case that was slightly damaged (maybe a manufacturing default.) I did receive my package after all & the cases aren’t bad & the prints are lovely upon opening the package. Great customer support and better making sure they want to correct it.

I'm a little taken back by the negative reviews as I was someone who recently purchased a bag from this company & received it. I'm honestly happy with my purchase & I am American so I was surprised it didn't take super long to come my way. I hope other people in the future will have better luck with the very Neko company like I did. Cheers!

Where to begin. Well first off the only reason why I ordered from casetify was due to the BTS collabs they do but…after weeks & weeks finally got the case & super disappointed with it. These cases are pretty much just eye candy rather then protecting your phone IMO. Feels pretty cheap in the hand & overall slippery!…I’m honestly thinking of adding a pop socket to the case just to hold when taking photos so I don’t drop my phone. I had such high hope, but first time & last time I will be purchasing from this company again.

Ordered a week ago & was able to get to get my package today after having to hound it down at the post office. Mind you if you live in rural areas po box isn't a place where they will deliver...I had to use my physical address placing my order & expected UPS to deliver it...but they had transferred it to the post office instead which my po office doesn't do rural routes lol...well luckily I managed to catch it on time before it got shipped back to GUESS. Despite the minor inconvenience I am absolutely in love with my purchase & new tote & wallet beyond!
