Also they were delivered on time as promised

We have been advised by Love Holidays that there may be problems with an upcoming holiday to France and called them to change the holiday only to be told it is not possible and if we wanted to change it we would need to talk to the airline ourselves.
We booked the flight and holiday through Love Holidays but once they have taken our money and presumably their commission you are on your own and they are not interested in helping out what is a legitimate and genuine reason to change the dates. The result is we don’t know whether we will be able to fly but have to turn up at the airport and hope for the best.
This is a typical example of a company who advertises how great they are and once you have paid your money they couldn’t care less. I would rather pay more in future and use our local travel agent and would advise everyone reading this to so the same

I bought a new letterbox on click and Collect it broke so I took it back. They refused to change or refund it as they couldn't see my purchase on their system despite me buying it online. WhenI said I would do all my shopping at screwfix a young lady behind the counter sarcastically said no worries. Clearly they don't care if they lose customers to a competitor be warned....
