Jack was great, professional, friendly. Jack spoke through the opitions and if there was anything i did not understand he went over it.

Yes I was on the call quiet some time talking through various things but it was best to get it right and jack never made me feel uncomfortable no pushing to get me signed up or pick a policy, I felt completely at ease.

I have peace of mind now and glad I had jack on the end of the phone he was great.
