Terrible terrible terrible company. Don't be fooled the way we were. Our marvics dehumidifier arrived and did not work at all we left it on for a week and it did not fill up with water.

We sent it back to China (we believed it was a European company from the website) before Christmas and it still hasn't arrived (it's March now). They do reply to emails but they just keep saying they haven't received it and we have no way to prove otherwise. €200 down the drain plus the €50 it cost to send back. Do not buy from theee scammers!

I ordered a phone case and tempered glass for Galaxy A52 5G and clicked place order. My billing address didn’t match the address connected to my card so they said to re enter an address. In the meantime my account was debited the €38 but I haven’t actually been able to place order successfully. Contacted customer service and still waiting on a response. It’s a pity because I have no doubt the phone case is great but now I’ll be using a different company for my phone cases!
