scam business attitude

they aren't 'budget' at all, will scam you after you drop off your car with extra undisclosed tax and fees and will tell that only going to charge for missing fuel...yeah? x5 times that. You already left and they have your card details.... Scam business attitude!

Terrible quality

Terrible quality, many screws missing, wood cracked in many places, glass door curved doesn't close properly, obvious gaps after assembly, is it made in russia? All highlighted problems emailed but was completely ignored. Don't buy it here as its attractive price for a reason that you'd be very disappointed with.

Its a scam

To add: stop replying to review that you can help with orders, you doing nothing about it, your emails full of air without direct help. You are third party website full of fake items, misguided photos what size products are clearly photos not yours , lying about your location on it and shipping poor quality items directly from China with 0 customer services on aftersales! Its a scam, stay away, website full of lies and counterfeit very poor quality products, operations from deep china, with no quality control and returns

Update: why you replying to review - contact us to help - when you doing nothing to do so? You have many emails, all you need to do is provide UK address for return and refund- as per your website! Instead you talking in circles dragging time and asking to return this fake lights to china? Your scamming attitude activities will be stopped sooner or later

Shambles attitude from business branch

Shambles attitude from business branch. Changing account signatory left us with no access to business banking for a week now, still ongoing. Wouldn't it be smart to appoint new signatory and only then remove old one? No, they removed old one with no access to account to make payments and now setting up access for new one which takes to complete how long? they don't themselves that... Kindergarten

Commodore cabin in MONT ST Michel

Commodore cabin in MONT ST Michel - everything so outdated worned out, no heating too, no help from reception once called, mattress you can feel every spring, stinking bathroom.... more comfortable to stay in the van if only was allowed.

Thank you for submitting your review, and I'm very sorry to read of your comments concerning travel onboard Mont St Michel.

Normally if there is a particular issue with a cabin that cannot be resolved at the time of travel, the reception staff will offer to reallocate you a different cabin (subject to availability) if the problem cannot be resolved at the time. I'm sorry to hear that this wasn't offered.

They will find better deal BUT

They will find better deal, commissions from energy suppliers for signing but if you forget to notify them after 2 years that you left premises they will chase you with £1100 penalty! Talking about saving on energy... Crazy bureaucratic attitude. You been notified from energy supplier about our last bill, isn't that enough? Have you lost money? Don't think so... Don't bother to signing with them

Bathroom tap story

Instead of antique brass as advertised they sent clean brass and when issue rised with requested proof - photos - they suggested to change phone camera :O it's like different camera magically will turn tap into antique brass finish... Honestly, what is wrong with these people?

Reported to trading standards and…

Reported to trading standards and started process reporting fraud/scam to my bank to get refund, after 11 months of no goods and constant lies and promises about refund over 20 days passed still nothing. Crazy how Luxdeco is operating. Must be stopped this scam mechanism. Shameful

Fraud bank

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Been cut off of my funds, card blocked online access blocked nobody tells you why, nobody calls you. Then you try calling them literally been on the phone 12h! still no joy no solution , always you get transferred to different department always end up at the wrong one, every call you wait over an hour to be answered and tgen next to another. Eventually to find out that account blocked due to fraud alert, but yet to reach who can sort out this mistake on their side still impossible! This bank behaving like Russia these days - started war to prevent war. Halifax trying to prevent fraud by comitting one. Madness

when it comes to renewals

when it comes to renewals, no qoute no contact, money taken from account just like that. No other insurance company did that...however refund received after contacting them

You are correct, you should be given notice and we normally do this by sending the renewal invite in the post, approx. 28 days before the renewal date, to allow our customers to make an informed choice before the renewal date.

Forget big estate agencies

Superb service and knowledge from Jennifer, very happy that we chose her (out of 3 agents we invited) to sell our house in Edinburgh which went within a week. Everything was so quick and well organised incld viewings and she helped with all the answers we had along the way just a phone call away. It really shows that to provide best customer service is main priority for small family run Avenue Road and thats only thing you really need.

thieving approach …

moving to new rural location and already changed address on 2 car's policies where premiums were lowered due to safer location and no extra charges for address change occurred but not with this company on our classic car policy . Noticed pending transaction called them up to find out what is it for- answer: either for higher premium due to less safe location or admin fees, this occurs without any notification! asked to cancel policy and refund balance as was paid in full and stop or refund this pending one, as other companies didn't charge they even lowered premiums, answer i got: cannot due either. Really scam thieving attitude with this approach, imagine getting claim from them...

scam approach

moving to the area where our car's insurance premium was instantly lowered by 30% on monthly payments by QouteMeHappy and address changed free of charge, so naturally i assumed same will be for the bike. And yes i was right it is lower but Lexham tried scam method : living there premium will be lower BUT no refund as paid in full (6 months remaining on policy) just pay extra £50 admin fee to sort out address change. What?! WHY?! ..Ok, how about to cancel insurance? to cancel then yes they'll be due refund for remaining 6 month £90 BUT only if i do new policy with them with new address, if not then no refund. Ok, lets try that - £90 refund can go towards new policy with lower premium and has to be done today they said which was fine for me ....ohhhh wait a second ! actually today premium will be higher by £100 not lower.... The trick they were pulling on each angle - no refund just pay extra. Simply - thieves.
