i will be leaving just after few weeks…

i will be leaving just after few weeks of my contract . useless service and internet . i had better internet speed on my nokia 3310 , 30 years ago. Constant speed drops , freezing. and i'm like 100m away from vodafone tower . Avoid them !!!

where to start with those useless…

where to start with those useless morons??? few points to avoid those thefts
1. they will make a hard credit check to give you some cheap sorry-ass sim card [ it will affected your credit score ]
2. no real service support [ just useless chat with bots and copy paste scripts , lying experts and if they cant help you , they will disconnected you without word ] , i even went to Currys for help [ sorry they are just middle man 😂😂 ]
3. i ordered 2 x cheap £15pm sim only crappy 1 month contracts [ 1 was rejected, i didn't meet the credit check criteria 😂😂😂 fully employed , good credit score ]
4. from day 1 i couldn't created they stupid online account [ verification code never show up on my email ]
5. i cancel my order and contract next day after they refused 2nd sim and those thefts told my i own them money.
6. 2 weeks in and still cant get new PAC code for my o2 number those experts disconnected after i canceled my contract . still have to wait till next monday, so "technical" team can sort it out 🤣🤣🤣 [ useless morons , what a joke ]
7. threating me with emails after i cancel my direct debit
i can go for ages with those morons . just avoid !!! , go to competitors like Smarty , TalkMobile or whatever , you will be better off. Stay Away!!!!


PS . please ID don't reply with your sorry-ass apologies and fake curiosity to investigate , u know where you can shove it ?!

Hi Kuba. Thanks for reaching out to us to let us know of your experience, though I'm sorry to hear of the issues here.

We run a credit check for every new contract applied for, whether this is a 30-day rolling SIM or a 24-month phone contract. If you have been rejected after applying for the second SIM card, then it's likely we would have required two months of on time payments before being accepted for a second deal.

We can however, retrieve a PAC code up to 60-days after your contract disconnects. If you need any assistance with this at all, or would like for us to check for any updates on the tech team's investigation, feel free to contact us via the email below.
