The product I purchased is Great. Display Box supply moducase which is bar far the best way to display your collectables. My reason for not 5 stars is having to pay a fee to collect from them. A premium product at a premium price really ought to be collection fee free.

Customer service was excellent answered all my questions and when I couldn’t add a discount code they refunded me the amount that the discount would have been given. I didn’t ask they just did it. Dispatch was next day and delivery was the day after.

On the product itself it’s early days i owned the original rush 72. Which served me perfectly for 8 years. I decided to go for the new 2.0 of the same rush 72. By 5.11 tactical. Its about 85% the same however removed several of the additional internal pockets and dividers the quality appears to be very similar the price is high end but I’m hopefully going to see a similar timeframe of usage.

Quick dispatch and great items at a good price. Dpd messed up but was rectified the next day.

Item was collected from my post office at 5pm. Sometimes they are collected at lunchtime so a more structured collection time would be useful
Delivery was next day as purchased so can’t complain about that. And the package was delayed without damage or loss. However i do object to the very expensive price for additional insurance. I accept some is needed for the retrospective cost to replace if lost but you should offer a higher standard insurance value. Like the £500 for RM special especially in this day when standard items cost more and more.
