Had car and van insurance with chill it this year was o er 200 euros more,
And when called was pretty much laughed at,
Terrible company and bad customer service

Great service and quick delivery

Every year same thing,impossible to get through to and ridiculous renewal quote.
Finally but the bullet and left this company

Shocking company to deal with.
Pointless trying to call them as you will never get through and be long time waiting for call back.
Got new van and tried changing Insurance but no joy and now can’t drive because not insured.
Now have to insure with new company😡😡😡.
So reply from chill is they tried calling back few times pure lies they called once at 5:30 pm and I just missed call and when tried calling they were closed.
3 days now I had to take off work 😡

Impossible to get through to renewal enquiry, then for craic try new customer policy got through straight away 😂😂 but told they can’t deal with existing customers.
They only want new customers and hope existing customers will get fed up and just pay online. Pure scam of a company and disgrace and no loyalty to existing customers

Good customer service

Three times I tried to get money back, first time only got half, the last two times nothing and now impossible to get in contact with them.
This is obviously I site to promote scammers

Stay clear of this site. Scammed me out of nearly 40 euro and no way of contacting them

Worst company ever on so many levels.
1- they never sent me my renewal documents which is legal requirement from them
2 impossible to get call back or even get through
3- gave an insulting quote lot higher than last year when eventually got through.
4- Bad customer care

Stay away from these hypocrites

Emailed first Ireland to get copy of proof of no claims bonus and was told it would cost over 20 euro, think this is shameful for just piece of paper.
Pure greed when they know you need it

Pure fraudsters, got renewal quote for 720, when I called them got it down to 600 but then got letter saying my insurance expired and to pay 720 euro.
This is obviously a scam to put pressure on you thinking you panic about expiry date.
Obviously I got insured with different company for 400 euro

Just think it’s shameful they pull this scam on people in these hard times
