I feel disappointed writing this review. My friend gifted me a gorgeous crystal tree from this company for Christmas, and it came in a branded box with a card that explained what the crystals mean etc. I was so impressed by it, so I wanted to gift one to my cousin for her birthday.
However, the tree I ordered for my cousin arrived in a plain cardboard box, and the tree itself was just wrapped in bubble wrap - no card, no branded box. Considering this is a gift for someone I’m really disappointed and really not impressed. I emailed the company on Saturday but have still not received any correspondence from them.
Based on my personal experience, I wouldn’t recommend.

Great quality of clothing, and prompt delivery and returns process.

The leggings are a really high quality and fit beautiful. Also, I had an issue with my free UK returns label which was really stressing me out, but Oner Active dealt with my problem very efficiently and provided me with excellent customer service! Will definitely be ordering from this company again.
