I got quote for a cheaper rates but when the switch took place was more expensive

Was trying to cancel for 2 months but…

Was trying to cancel for 2 months but my cancellation option was disabled,
I email them and they said to cancel with the bank.
They still charged me 2 extra months as couldn't cancel through the bank even if I emailed them !!!!!!

Order never arrived

Placed an next day delivery order and didn't received anything after 3 days , I gave them a call and the said i will have it in next 2-3 days guarantee.
After 3 days called back and they still didn't know when I was gonna get my order , so I had to cancel it and order somewhere else!!!

Lost my parcel and support is usless

I mean to receive a parcel over a week ago , I got in contact and they said the parcel missed the connection and will arrive next day .
Few days passed and nothing !!!!
Thanks Everi for loosing my parcel and can't even get a refund for it !!!!

Worst customer service evere !!!

I terminated my £8 contract and they took £190 from my bank!!!!! I spend over 20-30 hours on the phone to get it sorted. After around 20 calls over an hour each I agree to get refund £95.
By mistake they refund me ×2 95+95= total of £ 190. I had an text message to login to my account and pay as I removed the direct debit ( as they been taking money out of my account without me knowing) but I don't have an account!!! I moved somewhere else!!! Tried to live chat but the chat never opes as I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT!!! I been waiting for a email or phone call so I can pay but nothing. Today I been contacted by an legal team to pay !! My credit score is down now because of ID mobile. Thanks ID mobile!!! Il make sure not to join you again or any member of my family !!! ( and please don't really that you tried to contact me because never happened!!!

Worst company I ever been !!

Worst company I ever been !!! Costumer service really bad . Easy to take your money away but when it comes to refund you it take ages. For them to send you the information you need by email it take 48 hours !!!! Dose the email come with a donkey? They owe me £129 been trying for a month to get it back and now they took £109.37 termination fees for no reason when i send everything back on time !!!! Not recommend it to anyone !!!!!

I been paing for 25 months and never…

I been paing for 25 months and never received anything from them , 1 month I printed few pages and they upgraded my subscription without me confirming. I canceled and they still charged me the upgraded price for a month. Don't waste your money is not worth it !!!

Hi Panajot,
Thank you for your feedback. Instant Ink is a printing plan, not a cartridge purchasing service. If you cancel, the Instant Ink cartridges will stop working at the end of your final billing cycle, and you will be billed for your final payment. At that time, you can insert store-bought HP cartridges from your preferred retailer to keep printing. The printer itself is unaffected by the subscription cancellation but, if still installed, the Instant Ink subscription cartridges will not function.

We're happy to help at 0207 660 6027 (choose the Instant Ink option) Monday through Friday 08:00 to 18:00 and Saturday/Sunday 10:00 to 18:00. You can also respond to our request for more information.

They will overcharge you for no reason

Sighed up with them for a claim but same time made a claim through the airline, got compensation straight from the airline and contacted them not to continue with my claim. I never got respond on my emails . Few months later I got 175£ invoice that I have to pay within 14 days .. they are ripped me off !!! 3076312 user number

Dear Mr Lazaj,

Thank you for providing more information about your case.

We regret to hear you are unhappy with our service.

First and foremost, we would like to address the lack of personal contact from our side: The surge in cases resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic placed an enormous burden on the entire industry, impacting airlines, legal practitioners, and claims handling companies alike.

Unfortunately, this unforeseen circumstance was beyond our control and has resulted in significant delays in case resolutions. Currently, individual cases may span over a year or more.

We acknowledge that there is room for improvement in our communication during this period, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

We understand that you may have assumed that the passage of time would release you from your contractual obligation. Nevertheless, it's crucial to emphasise that this is not the case. When you signed the Power of Attorney document on the 23rd of June 2022, and accepted our Terms and Conditions, you entered into a binding agreement with Flightright.

The right to withdraw from our mutual agreement expires after 14 days of accepting our Terms and Conditions. Once you returned a signed Power of Attorney and we initiated work on your case, you waived this right. Consequently, our service was considered contractually fulfilled.

You have reached out to us after you have received the money from the airline in July this year, in hopes to cancel our mutual contract.

Regrettably, the timing of your decision to discontinue our services does not impact the contractual obligations. Once you accepted the Terms and Conditions and the 14-day window elapsed, you were no longer able to unilaterally terminate the service.

For clarity, while we do not require a separate authorization for our lawyers to issue a Letter Before Action, the authorization for court proceedings, which we have not pursued, is a distinct matter.

Additionally, we would like to stress that we have notified you several times that the airline might contact you directly and make a payment which is what they often do when they see Flightright are involved in efforts to discredit our work.

One of our team members will soon contact you through email; we kindly ask that you respond at your earliest convenience to facilitate the resolution of your case.
