I bought some stuff in den haag and I happened to pay twice which I showed to them and they arranged for a refund which they said I would get back after a week, it has been months without the refund.
Tried writing them, contacting them, going to the store again but it is all in vain.
Their customer contact service is useless, they are never helpful/useful.

This company has the most horrible and untrustworthy service in the world

This company is utterly unreachable, it took almost a year before we got a message that they would refund our flight that was cancelled last year because of corona. Of the amount of about 950 euros I have so far received 22 euros, which is ridiculous, insulting, and fraudulent.

Update: travelgenio likes to react very quickly on sites like this, but when you follow the instructions and write the mail with the booking number and the question they don't rush to respond or provide any service
