I ordered two items from cycle store. Liv shorts and an Endura thermal top. The shorts were spot on. The top too tight. My return experience was very good. The team at Cycle store were communicative and I was refunded without quibble.

The staff in malvern are always helpful. I find the cook food to be of good quality and fair value. I like it

The staff at Dreams Hereford were great and the delivery team great . They put the bed together quickly , gave good advice, and wore overshoes !! The mattress itself ( Tempur) is very comfortable. The duvet and pillow bundle is not worth the money at all. This is why 4 stars not 5.

Your team were short staffed during the day. That meant they did not pick up any ansa machine message, so there was no food for one of our party. The person in change on arrival (about 7pm) was not customer focused, and not at all conciliatory. No remedy or meaningful apology was offered. The response was 'poor me' in terms of attitude and demeanour. We suggested a remedy so the member of our group without food did not have to go hungry (i.e. to get a pizza in from across the road which could be plated in the Ledberry kitchen. Response: 'No we don't do that'. The member of our party went home and did not get to see the performance. No refund was offered. Indeed it was denied. Later the front of house lead, was made aware by myself, and was apologetic but by this time it was too late.

I have used questor before. easy to organise and affordable. Unlike the excess waiver with car / van hire firms.

Jemima was the sales rep in Hereford. Excellent. This is my third DFS sofa, and this company does not disappoint. The only thing I wish they would do differently is provide a choice of mattress with sofa beds. I should be able to opt for super delux, and not have to put up with a mattress I know will need a topper.!

Mistakes were made with our order, and the delivery drivers let the company down badly. The reason I have give 5 stars is the attitude of the company to rectifying the problems and making things right. I met several customer service staff on the phone. All were excellent with a great attitude and diffused completely what could have been a tense situation. The beds - I am impressed by the quality at the price - excellent. A very fair deal indeed.
