I already had the Skiddle app after the updating process was complete it was straightforward and was happy to get my gig tickets through it thanks

I was in the process of filling out an application to apply for tax free cash from my pension and I required some information regarding some of the questions.
This was provided by one of the agents Abigail Charnley who guided me through completion of the form with the utmost efficiency.

I got a notification from Grace who was very pleasant to talk to.
She explained that I’d won extra tickets 100 for the forthcoming draws
So she has put 50 on the Mercedes for 31st December & 50 on the Range Rover Sport for 31st January.
If any of those come up I would probably fly down to London and take her out for a 5* meal.
Presuming my wife lets me🤔😂

Flight times were ideal and there was no delays on both departure and arrival
Onboard staff were pleasant and very helpful
No issues with onboard luggage requirements
Although I was flying midweek on 5th March returning on 12th March the flight was packed which is always a bugbear of mine🤔
Great service though keep it up👍

I found them very professional regarding my hearing test and after getting my ears syringed, they said I did not need hearing aids at this particular time, which I found very honest and trustworthy.
