This is a fantastic company with fabulous products that work. I recently have had two strokes and was having problems with the website ordering my dogs purple paste (my fault!} so i phoned and spoke to a lovely lady, who one confirmed that this was not for me because of my health and two sent me two for free for my arthritic 17 year old staffie who has been using this product with great results for many years, i also mentioned that the Gold oil of which i had treated myself prestroke had leaked when delivered by post in
but it had come whilst i was in hospital - she sent me a free one of those as well!! the products are amazing, they work! and as you can read customer service is amazing. All in all a fantastic company with 100% results and 110% customer service. Thank you

Always fast delivery and quality stuff

I can not recommend this company enough. I've recently had a stroke and get confused, so when I realised I had ordered the wrong size and colour gloves for my son I emailed and was told by a wonderful person called Magda that it wasn't a problem and two days later I received the correct ones. Perfect. I then ordered some trousers for him, unfortunately they were too small, I did the returns form which was even easy for me and ordered another size this was on Wednesday by Saturday I received the trousers and my full refund,l! That's what you call customer service!! I have told my son that he can only now have Airsoft stuff from this company as their service and quality is brilliant!!!

Omg I didn't see these reviews!I've been giving this to my 15year staffy hoping, after reading that it would be good for her, because I could no longer afford her butternut box anymore. On Tuesday evening she became really poorly could not settle, had blood in her poo, breathing was very laboured, was up all night with her, I eventually got a appointment with the emergency vet as she was not good really poorly and I was so worried, she had a full check and he was fantastic but couldn't find the reason, I only fed her fresh cooked chicken that day and she seemed to be happier. She had a good night so this morning she had Naturo and within a hour she was extremely poorly again, I've been so worried and having not long had a massive stroke I can do without the stress and now finding these reviews I'm so so gutted I've given it to her and I have cause this. The ten foil lidded packs I still have for her will be put in the bin! Besides from not being able afford the £130.00 vet bill, I can believe this is my fault!!!! I've my 15yr old partner in crime really poorly when she is normally a healthy old girl!!!!!

Took ages to find my parcel at the delivery location, no particular storage space just slung under the counter. I supposed not Inposts fault as they are just the deliverers .

The company supplies purple paste for my 15year old arthritic dog and myself who has recently had a stroke and am really struggling with anxiety it's brilliant it works on my ella and me. I really notice when I run out!!!
