Harley medical group took my money in…

Harley medical group took my money in full then went into liquidation a few weeks later. I never received my surgery. Their website is now live again under a different company number. I contacted my bank to receive a chargeback which Harley group are now disputing despite them telling customers to contact their bank. I would avoid this company at all costs

Far from what the description states

Well….. what an absolute con this is!!!
Booked 3 x best of British driving experiences. In the information before purchasing it states a list of locations & a list of cars you can choose from to drive. So I bought 3 vouchers for family members as a gift to book together.
Fast forward to booking… so out of these locations the only ones that are within a 2 hour drive of us require a £25 per person surcharge- NOT stated when ordering or in any of the information.
In these locations there are 3/4 choices of cars rather than the variety that is stated in the description. Nowhere does it state in the description nor purchase information that the choice in cars will vary nor does it state the gifted person will then have to pay a charge in specific locations.
It’s also an absolute pain in the backside to book due to the website layout being awful, tried phoning up & the company don’t seem very clued up on how to make a booking over the phone either.

An absolute waste of money, I would not recommend purchasing this experience from Virgin experience days. We haven’t even booked the experience yet due to it being so much hassle

We are so sorry to hear of the troubles you have experienced trying to make a booking Kayleigh! The vouchers that you have purchased are only available to use on weekdays at the locations listed upon activation of the voucher and any extra locations offered will come at a fee to attend.
