Clearvision communications are their other name recently.
They said they will transfer me to o2 with a better offer. They did not! Now, i am end with no contract with three mobile or o2!! O2 does not have my details, at the same time my three mobile line closed. Awful company.

Not publishing my review

I’m beyond disappointed with Timberland. I bought three pairs of shoes—Winsor Lace-up, Hudson Road Chukka, and Hudson Road Gore-Tex. Some were okay, but the biggest issue is the dangerously slippery soles. I lost my balance several times! How can a brand like Timberland produce shoes with such poor grip? It’s absolutely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I tried posting this review on their website, but after receiving a message saying it would take 4-6 weeks for approval, it’s now been over two months—and still nothing. Are they just censoring negative feedback? Customers deserve honesty and transparency, not this kind of runaround.

Giving back with broken plastic part, and not mentioned on handling my car back

My booking was 9am at ST Albans Branch, that is the earliest you can get to replace front windscreen. I arrived 15 mins earlier. I popped in and mentioned I arrived and parked outside. Two cars arrived after me, staff took their cars before mine! No idea. It should be first come first serve if they took 3 bookings at the same time, but this rule did not applied!
Staff was kind and helpful.

The windscreen has been calibrated well and works well.
The problem is they broke plastic parts's hinges at side of the windscreen while they are taking apart. I do not know how it can be called but they should put that back after putting new windscreen. But it does not sit properly so connection parts has broken. My car is 3 years old, and garaged always, so plastic parts are in good condition. They did not mentioned anything while giving my car back to me! I guess this is rude, so they could tell me at least! I found that later on. I hope I can add some photos after published my review

SCAM!!!! Stay away from the website

I did not check Trustpilot reviews and tried to place an order.
They put Paypal icon on first page but there is no option to pay with Paypal on payment page!
I tried to pay with ApplePay twice both transactions was not successful. I got a message confirming the order could not placed.
Then checked my bank account both transactions was pending. Now they took my money. I need to contact my bank to get my money back!

Opened the door from first floor but he left at the entrance. I had a return nespresso parcel, he did not come to pick it

Not delivered to the door

I live in a flat which is on the first floor and we have lift in the building. I know the parcel is heavy, but it is not my fault, delivery man can carry with stroller. I opened the door of the building and He left the parcel at the entrance of the building. The parcel delivered in good shape, he could carry to the door!

Bought an additional aparat for pushchair. However we do not need the item. I want to return the item which is not used at all. I send three emails (01/05/22-05/05/22 and 21/05/2022) but no respond yet. According to their website, I need a return code before sending!
I do not know how long do I need to wait for a simple return process! I am worry about how long will I wait to receive my fund back after that experience

Bought items with two different…

Bought three items with two different order. All products are good quality. Both orders arrived quickly.
One product had stain on it, contacted customer service and they replied in 20 mins. It has some oil from sewing machine. Happy with orders and customer service. 👏

Rydal 500 tent, not cancelling paypal

I bought a 5 person tent, the order has been cancelled after 2 working days but the item is still on the internet and it is on the market as they have in stock. 3 days passed after cancellation but my payment confirmation on paypal has not been cancelled yet.

I have tried to cancel my order directly from paypal but paypal confirmed that the payment is still pending so can be cancel by the merchant only.

If my Order cancelled on monday at 9.30, why I am still waiting by now Thursday 17.10?

Today, 06.08.2021, I have contacted Millets again, they insisted as they cancelled the order, however I have contacted Paypal and Paypal's respond as follow; They are telling you that your order has already been canceled, however what they need to cancel is the authorization on their PayPal account. and I am seeing here that they have not yet canceled the authorization.
