Love everything about all of the 3 gyms I've been to. Only issue was/is the scalding hot shower water :) , I'm afraid to wash my face or scalp due to feeling they'll melt off. Aside from that, all was/is excellent.

We want to provide our members with a safe space in which they can get a great workout in and do so, in a clean and friendly environment and are really happy to hear you enjoy using the gym!

Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this, we would advise raising this with the Gym Manager so they can take a look further.
