I booked a bouquet of flowers for a 80th birthday gift for my cousin. I made the booking some 2 weeks before the required date.
In the event I was notified by DPD that they were unable to deliver them on the correct date and arrived in a slightly sorry state a day late.
I would have been better phoning a local florist and making my own arrangements.

I just purchased two additional stable mats to add to the 6 that I have been using for the past 14 years for my 16.1hh Irish Draught mare.
The original 6 still in great working condition, despite having been moved several times and refitted in new stables.
The quality is superb and the customer service excellent.
Initially expensive but pay for themselves many times over.
