As an online insurance company our main method of contact is via our Online Chat Service, this facility is accessed via our website and allows you to instant message with an advisor with any queries you may have. While we do not accept incoming calls, we do currently have a call back request system in place for our Call Centre team to contact you, these call back requests are returned within 24-48 hours and can be requested through our online chat facility. All call backs are processed in date and time order to be fair to all customers, at busy periods the call wait time may vary.

Questionable charges

I have been insured with 123 for a number of years now , I find them a really good insurers, I haven't had an issue till recently I added a family member to my policy for a number of days and was charged for it , I am presuming this is an admin charge but I am doing the admin . I recently changed car same again informed by the team was an admin charge , even change of address incurs an admin charge .I got a very competitive quote at the time I renewed, but now to me the insurer is clawing back monies which I find to be grossly unfair , I am sure these charges were not mentioned at the time of renewal or maybe appear in the soft print . Overall my experience with 123 have been positive both on line and your customer service team , but I find this policy of charging for items where they are not really impacting on the insurers resources very frustrating, regards Paul Twomey
