Just purchased 30 meter of fencing to secure our garden boundary. We have a rescue dog that likes to go exploring.

Really impressed with the fencing. My Husband liked how easy it was to install. We went for 1.5m high as our dog is a big boy. We did purchase some metal rods to secure behind each post as we were a bit concerned about how stable the posts would be given they are only sat in the ground 35cm. Especially with our 34kg Oatie jumping up against them.

All in all a very positive experience from email enquires, purchasing, delivery and seeing the fence in situ. Would highly recommend.

Yet to receive the order, found these via a Facebook ad and placed an order from the UK. Did not realise this is not a UK based company and have now got a custom charge which is costing me £55. My order was only £150 so 33% more expensive than I thought I was paying. UK buyers beware. It does mention custom charges in their frequently asked questions but under a separate heading to the delivery information. All prices are on GBP. Would be a lot more transparent if they had it in the country of origins currency with a GPB translation next to it. Had I had known this before I definitely would not have ordered.

I now can’t subscribe either as every time they send the toothbrush head replacements I will get hit with another customs charge every time.

Wesmyle. I would appreciate if you could contact me to repay me the customs fee as a duty of customer care considering your lack of transparency and the fact I cannot subscribe as am not happy going forward to pay a customs fee I was not aware of with every replacement head order! I hope I can get generic ones from the UK that will fit!

After years of putting off a Will we finally got round to it with WEPC Wills. So much less daunting communicating in the comfort of our home over the phone than going to a solicitors in person. We spoke to Simon Jones who talked us through the process. We were made to feel very comfortable and free to ask as many questions that we needed. So important to get your wishes in place officially. So glad we finally did it.

I had a problem with one of my cables that I purchased so I got in touch with titan. The customer support team got hold of me(Andrew) and very quickly resolved my problem. They asked for a video of my problem then after review the sent me a new one. All this was done extremely quickly and with professionalism(even though I am in the uk!). I will definitely be using this great team and company again. And thanks to Andrew Brown for the quick responses

Excellent service from Roberts Crossley’s solicitors. Ben Jordon dealt with our house purchase and he was a real pleasure to deal with. Always available on the direct number provided and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions. Whilst he was off sick our case was passed over to another member of the team (Katie I think) until he returned but this did not effect the smoothness of the process. Only given 4 stars as the final cost did come back more expensive than quoted. All the little extras not quoted for soon add up, but still a lot cheaper than other competitors and we did get a 5 star service. Thank you so much. Now to unpack :-)
