Saw Surreal advertisment on facebook and thought i would try the products as im Diabetic,ex communication and Tasty cereal,arrived in good time.

Excellent service from Yodel and delivery driver followed instructions on door for the parcel delivery.

Excellent service from the outnet but delivery service sucks,recommend the outnet uses a reliable postal delivery service,i paid for delivery but,this has put me of ordering from the outnet, had to collect item from a parcel shop as UPS are incapable of delivering without a signature,leave in secure area or take a picture to prove delivery.most people work and are not at home to sign for delivery.

item said delivered,but i had not recieved it,looked on home cctv, so i knew it had been delivered only to later find it had been hidden under a cycle cover,the driver did not go to the front door,but hid it in the first most easiest place he could find,very disappointed with service.Yodel needs a real life person to answer questions
