I have ordered from them many times but I am not sure why this last time I’ve had such terrible experience. I won’t order anymore from them. My order never arrived and I they keep telling me that they are awaiting to hear from procurement. It is clear it hasn’t been dispatched and processed, and when asking for refund and cancellation of the order, again they are waiting to hear from procurement. I won’t order anymore from this company. I will much rather buy from my local store as I had done in the end. I won’t recommend them from now on.

Follow up: after nearly a month my order arrived, I had a response about what was going on soon after this review and received the cartridges days later.

We have been ordering products from QS supplies for two different projects. They have always been very helpful, even when we had issues with missing items on delivery especially Sheefa. She has been very professional and helpful to solve these issues for us.
The costumer service and shopping experience has been very positive so far.

This company is totally incompetent and unable to do their job. I have been trying to have our electric meter removed from our property since June. A meter which is disconnected and obsolete. The house is being refurbished and this is delaying the project.

BGL keeps giving a date for an update when I have already paid for the job to be scheduled and never coming back with an actual day for the removal. Not even contacting me or my mother in law which is the account holder. After waiting 3 weeks having paid for the job which it took me 2 months for BGL to raise, I got hold of the number of the engineer company that suppose to come and remove the meter and got a date for the 23rd august. The guy came after the schedule time. My builders showed him the meter, and left without removing it because he had the wrong information.
Now we are end of September and still don’t have another date. I contact BGL every week and they keep fobbing me off. I have tried to transfer the accounts to our domestic account and they are giving me issues with that too.
My only option is to close them altogether.
This should not be this hard.
You can’t even speak with a human being so we are relying on a chat online where every time is a different person you get through too.

Please don’t use this company as even leaving them is a struggle.

At the same time I am trying to move the accounts to my domestic account with British Gas and they are playing another game so they are not moving them unless I contact the council and change the name of the address. This is a big house with a barn and outbuildings and they all have the same address as they are outbuildings and no accommodation. Any excuse to keep debiting money and not allow you to leave.

We have been seeing David for years and have recommended him and Disc Chiropractors to everyone we know. I have always had issues in my lower and upper back and since going to the adjustments I can’t express how much better I feel. We now go for maintenance appointments as we can see the benefits of keeping on top of our spinal health. I have tried the spine decompression in my last appointment and I have never felt so loose and free on my back.

If you are looking for a chiropractor, stop your search and give them a call.

Fast delivery and I knew where my parcel was at all times. Very happy with the tennis shoes, my daughter finds them super comfortable.

I have nothing negative to say for the lady who assisted me with my request for refund. But I have to say that I was told in a previous enquiry of the same order that items that indicate "available" online it actually means they are "out of stock". This is very misleading and creates unnecessary hassle if you are trying to meat a project deadline. It would be clearer if the items were labeled as in stock or out of stock then availability date when out of stock.
Aside of this I have ordered other things from Victoria Plumbing and they have arrived very quick.
