I dont know where to start as I can literally say so many positive things about elddis as a brand. My caravan was bought new to us and its a slice of heaven.
What stands out to me though is the level of kind people that work for elddis, I recently messaged elddis on Instagram asking for some help with one of my letters of the model of my caravan being missing on front of my caravan and would they happen to know where i could get one from. Within 30 minutes i had a reply from Rachel who was the marketing manager, rachel was the friendliest and most down to earth, not only did they source it they was able to send it to me complimentary. We had a little giggle back and forth and I can honestly say it was a utter pleasure to chat with her.
Elddis aftercare is 10/10 and i would highly recommend them to anyone i know.

From ordering my daughters bed right up until after sales my experience has been absolutely amazing.
The bed is high quality and nothing but a peace of heaven, it looks out of this world and is going to take center stage in my lil ones bedroom.
The company even sent a little christmas gift for her which little touches like that go a long way.
I had a follow up call by the lovely alexandra from after sales who was absolutely lovely, asked all the relevant questions and just a general check in too see everything was ok.

I honestly cant fault the service or products and I highly recommend to anyone.

I was really dissapointed with my experience.
I ordered my 3 injections on the 14th august, friends who ordered days later recieved theirs while my order remained under review. Weeks later stock gone and still under review. I eventually had my 1 pen but I do feel it should of been a first come first serve situation.
I emailed many times and didnt have much information back if any.
Fair to say I dont trust the company and wont use the company again.

I ordered the welcome pack and im blown away with the scents, they smell unreal, strong and it does what title says, gets rid of any bad ordurs from animal to cooking.

I'm a little disappointed to say the least, I ordered my medication and it took couple days before it was authorised which is fine I understand it can be busy. My order came and I realised I had ordered the wrong dosage, I messaged the company on Wednesday evening and its been 4 days no communication despite more messages and emails sent.
I think this company could be great if communication was better. As right now I'm stuck with wrong dosage and may need to order from another site

I ordered flowers for a surprise for my friend, order showed delivered, I waited few hours and had no option but to ask if she recieved them, she advised me no, she checked her neighbours, garden even bins but not there.
I contact interflora regarding this to which I was advised It's been escalated to a manager to investigate and someone would call me back... 3 days later still no call back and none of the wiser, really upset and bad customer service.

Amazing site with a huge range of offers I'd be lost without this site now.
