My internet was changed to Fibre optic…

My internet was changed to Fibre optic and i decided to stay with Plusnet. Big mistake. I later realised that Plusnet was offering fibre optic deals to new customers for a much lower price than I was paying. Called to complain and was rudely told "hard luck". I have been a Plusnet customer for over 20 years which counts for nothing, but when my current contract ends, I will leave with no regrets

The replacement unit was delivered very…

The replacement unit was delivered very quickly. Sadly the unit did not work. I was given info of how to return via dpd and given a refund. I would deal with this company anytime

Cognac not sold and overpriced

Bought 6 bottles of cognac from their previous incarnation as James Pearce Associatesto, be sold later for a profit. At least 3 missed sales ans still not sold. Had the cognac valued for Auction Instead of £600.00 per botlle thre estimate £100 to £200 per bottle.

The Chainsaw and other items arrived on time and are of excellent quality. The Chainsaw is light and easy to use.

I ordered an item but no longer in stck

I ordered a chainsaw which was shown as back in stock. Two days later I was informed that it was not in stock. Money refunded. Big disappointment

DPD went to wrong address

DPD tried to collect the parcel from the wrong property about 4 minutes earler. Phoned DPD who said that the driver would phone later to give a collection time. No phone call received. Phoned DPD the hollowing morning and was told that we would have to get the buyer to book a new collection date.

My wife and I made credit card payments…

My wife and I made credit card payments to a company and later made a Section 75 claim against our credit card which was turned doen because the company had used Squareup (which we did not know about) to receive the payments. We subsequently made a Section 75 claim to our credit card company which was turned down because oa third party (Squareup) payments. I phoned aquareup to complain, which was a complete waste of time. Again the point is that a poayment made through a third party is automatically excluded from a Section 75 Claim. If I had known that the payment was made via athird party I would have refused to make the paynment. Which still leaves me being over £2,000.00 worse off with no chance of redress. I had already contacted the bank.

Hello David. We're sorry to hear about your experience.
Section 75 claims, or chargebacks, are investigated by the card issuer. They ultimately decide whether the funds are returned to the customer. Square acts as an intermediary in these disputes, collecting information from the seller to prove the transaction is legitimate and forwarding it to the card issuer.
Once the card issuing bank has made a decision, Square is unable to further dispute the decision.
If you have concerns about the outcome of your dispute we would recommend reaching out to your bank directly.

Not working in Firefox.

I could not get Dashlane working on autfill in Firefox, and after many attempts I contacted Dashlane to sort out the problem. I followed their clear instructions and managed to sort out the problem
