Fantastic customer service , I was very impressed with the speed of my enquiry
Nothing was too much trouble from my easy exchange to my returns for refund . Due to bra cups being too small, apart from that I loved the bra's and I was gutted they didn't fit . I didn't have to return but still received a refund without any delay . Would recommend 100%

Again my returns parcels were not…
Again my returns parcels were not collected . This is the 4th time
Have to wait days for anyone to contact me to sort this out
The courier even once called at house but just took photo of front door, didn't even knock to collect parcels . Think it's time to stop using this service

Had to call for assistance from a random stranger! as the parcel was in the highest locker and must have been thrown in as it was right at the back, impossible for me to reach

For the 2nd time , Evri have not collected my returns, communication regarding this dreadful

So Evri have replied with a generic statement see below. So Evri I have emailed and sent messages to yourselves regarding this issue , but I now have to get in touch with you again, I have to get in touch? Surely good customer service should be you finally contact me ?
My returns are still here, waiting to be collected a week later !!
