I ordered a purifier and an extra filter cartridge. The extra cartridge arrived absolutely crushed on delivery, the company ignored most emails untill I got in touch with the bank to reverse the charge, then they replied, promising the world and not delivering. A broken clock is more reliable than this company.

I keep receiving emails from this crowd claiming 'thanks for placing an order' (large excessive order) iv not purchased anything from this crowd in my life and do not trust them.

*UPDATE* my response to your reply is that you have not read my review at all have you?. I cant give you a order number as i have NEVER ordered from your site, yet keep recieveing emails from you, thanking me for ordering stuff, such as 176 hearing aids or 62 boxes of napkins (again never placed an order amd never will with you) i just want you to leave me alone.

My order did not arrive, i had paid the insurance they offered, which covered failed deliveries, i have been inquiring via email if they will refund me and they are ghosting me. Very dissapointing. Would not reccommend. *update, they EVENTUALLY and RELUCTANTLY gave me my refund. Happy to get it back, still would never trust or recommend them.

Recieved a random 'your order has been dispatched' email with strange codelines in the preview from this company. Never bought from or heard of this company before. Being suspicious i googled the company without opening the email, lots and lots of people calling them scammers. When I went to delete the email it had disappeared all by itself! Not in spam, not in all inboxes, not anywhere. Very strange. If any funny business like hacking happens to my phone, social media, bank acc. or anything like that this company will be suspect no.1 for sure. ( update. They have asked me to mark it as spam, clearly they have not taken the time to read the review properly. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with this company.

Placed an order, was told delivery would be in 5 working days, i inquired when the time lapsed, they said delivery would take 7-14working days so i sent a screenshot of them saying within 5 working days. Few days later they said the order is lost, we have another in stock though if you would like it sent out to you, i says yes please, moments later i get an email saying actually...its not in stock! Would i like a different book with a similar title and cost? I says no, your taking the pi$$ I'll take a refund. They say sorry that email was automated. What utter rubbish. There word is not very reliable. Time will tell if i get my refund.

Products advertised as good quality irish products that are locally sourced. Yet what comes in the post is cheap products imported from China, this is FALSE ADVERTISING and is BREAKING the SALE OF GOODS ACT 1980. Support service only support themselves, saying how great they are while ignoring what you really said. Would not recommend, if you want cheap chinese products just buy straight from alibaba and leave out the middle man.

Absolute scam, stay away. What they tell everyone is that their parcel is delivered even though it never existed. They are indian pretending to be westerners, you can tell by their misspelled names. Yeah thats right im talking about you Kervin!

Makes managing my money so much easier, easy to send money, saving money is easier with the vault, you can even invest in stocks or crypto with ease. Very handy if you live in a boarder region with different currencies.
