3 days ago Evri delivery a package to the wrong address, not even a neighbour, and I've not been able to get the parcel. They contacted me acknowledging this. They've just done exactly the again. I'm not going to buy from any company that use Evri. Absolute waste of space.
Switch to Sainsbury's for my regular weekly deliveries about a month ago. Whereas my previous supermarket charged you the amount the checkout said, Sainsbury's add anywhere between 10% and 20% extra on the day on delivery. I shan't be using them anymore.
I am absolutely fuming at their incompetence. I opened an ISA with them in 2022, as confirmed by emails from them at the time. I have not gone to transfer my ISA to another provider and they have told me it is not an ISA. I've lost all the tax advantages from the last few years, and will be behind on the money in my ISA now for the rest of my life.

Hello, We've requested some more information from you so we can look into this. Thanks, Beth
Can't register or sign in. If I enter my email then I am not given an option to register. If I ask for a password reminder the email never arrives, not in my inbox or spam. Pointless.

Hi James,
Thanks for flagging this. We’re really sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve had signing in and registering.
That definitely shouldn’t be happening. If you’re not receiving the password reset email (even in your spam folder), it could indicate a technical glitch or an issue with how the account was set up. We completely understand how frustrating that must be, especially when you're just trying to get started.
We’d love to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. If you’re able to reach out to our support team at talk-to-us@rightmove.co.uk or 01908 712300, we can investigate your account directly and help get you signed in.
We really appreciate your patience and hope to get you back up and running soon.
1) No app. 2) 2fa is done via SMS, which is not considered secure. 3) The 2fa code cannot be pasted into the code textbox. Insecure while still being obtuse for a user.
I moved banks recently and while everything everything mostly worked, my airtime direct debit didn't move for some reason so I phone Vodafone to update it. They subsequently tried to take money on the old direct debit. Obviously it failed. I notice this and paid the money by card the same day - and Vodafone confirmed my direct debit details were correct and it should not happen next time. Later that day they emailed me to say they would be adding a late payment penalty fee to my next bill, despite it being their mess up (using the old direct debit) and them still getting their money the same day. When I spoke to they refused to budge on this. I've ended my Vodafone contract and won't ever use them again. I don't understand their mentality to want to lose a customer forever because of this.

I'd been with RBS for over 30 years, having still used my same account I opened as a child. I no longer have any accounts with them. My debit card random stopped authorising. I phoned them, RBS told me it was expiring soon and stopped as they have sent a new card (it had not expired, I'd not received a new card or been informed to look out for a new card). They sent me another new card. It didn't work online or offline. They sent me another card again. This one didn't work about 50% of the time. Apparently the address didn't always validate - despite being used at websites and shop I'd used many times before. I tired every version of my address I could think of and another worked reliably - despite working fine for other banks. This process took about 3 weeks of me not having a usable card so I closed my accounts and moved to another bank. As a sting on the tail, RBS refunded the last direct debits I'd paid to the my mobile phone provider, thus acting like I'd never paid them - and causing me to have to deal with missed payment fees.
What a mess eBay has become to buy from. 1) Shows incorrect prices in recommendations - they don't include the mandatory "buyer protection fee". 2) Item descriptions are riddle with AI copy that is completely useless to a buyer. 3) Sellers use mutli-listings to hide the cost of their items. 4) Sellers lie about the condition of their items and eBay does nothing to correct this. ("Brand new in box" surely doesn't cover "I took it out the box for a look then reboxed it".) 5) Not way to filter recommendations so they only include UK listings - so they are often swamped with pointless US listings.
Debit card is die to expire the end of this month. Today it just stopped working. I've not received a new card, I've not informed if a new card should have been received, cannot find a number to phone anywhere, and their online support AI is absolutely useless. What's the point of a bank if I cannot access my money. I'll be closing my account.
Was going to get an order delivery. Added items to my basket, proceeded to chose a delivery slot. Websites shows a message stating all items will be automatically removed from my basket, then proceed to removed them. It used to be possible to actually use Asda's websites but it's got progressively worse for the lasty year or so. I'll use a different supermarket.
Thought I'd give Morrison delivery a try. Websites errors when ever I try to add a payment method ("something went wrong") so that was a waste of time.
Edit : tired them again and manage to place an order. Order arrived with an item unavailable and not substituted. Suspiciously, it was the 3rd item in a buy 2 get the 3rd free - so essentially they took away their offer. Still a waste of time supermarket then.

Hello James, thank you for your review, and we're sorry for the trouble you experienced while trying to set up a payment method. We’ve passed your comments to our internal team to look into this. Just bought my first items from eBid and the whole experience is a bit clunky. A lot of the search listings don't show product images until you click into a item (using Brave v1.77.101 with no plugins). After buying an item and paying with PayPal your redirected back to the pay now page rather than purchase complete page. When a seller entered the tracking details I don't seem to be have any access to them. Looking for help redirects you to their forum which (even when logged in) doesn't allow me to ask a question. And the whole UI is just messy, filled with upgrade begging messages, leader boards(!?) and other irrelevant rubbish. I'll likely stick with their bigger competitor for the time being.
Asda have been removing their best before dates. It seems this is a cover to sell out of date food, given that I have twice recently opened new mushrooms to find they are thick with mold.
Nice toys, but the quality has dropped off recently so I no longer consider them worth the price. Customer services are truly useless. 5 weeks for a missing price to arrive is unacceptable. (And missing, incorrect, and damaged pieces have become more prevalent in the last few years.) Resorted to eBay in the end.
Gave up trying to watch F1 highlights. Chose to watch from the start rather than live as I'd missed most of the programme. About 30 minutes in shows a message stating restart is not available then bumped me back to the start with no way skip forward or continue where I left off.
I'd not heard of GeekyZone but stumbled across them by chance because they had good prices. I order a couple of items with quite far off availability dates, and they went to the extra effort of emailing me to confirm I was aware of the dates. Items have now arrived well packaged. Will happily use again.
