Placed an order for some basic mats. Paid. Received email confirmation. Nothing since. There is no contact number and the order number isn't accepted on the website tracking system. Scam - avoid at all costs. Reported to my bank as fraud.

Found the watch I wanted online at Tic Watches which was significantly cheaper than elsewhere. Ordered on Sunday, arrived Tuesday am. Very happy.

I placed an order for a PS5 however was nervous about whether the site was genuine so messaged them. After
not hearing back for about 10 days and a few more messages and attempted calls I sent a final message to request a refund and to cancel my order. I also put a negative review here on Trustpilot saying this was at best unreliable, and at worst a scam. That same day my order was changed to cancelled and Peter emailed me to tell me. I said I'd update my negative review as soon as I saw the funds appear in my bank account, which happened within 48hrs... so here I am. What I would say is that I believe the site is genuine (otherwise I'd not have got my refund) but they are very busy and not as good at communicating as some of the other reviews say. So... if you can't get a PS5 elsewhere this is worth a shot... but I don't know what their actual stock situation is as I pulled out (and now have secured one through a major retailer). 3 stars for being a genuine site, but no more as communication was initially not good.
