Horrible, not worth the little money you save. When your flights get cancelled or changed, you will never get your money back or be able to reach anyone there to agree about rescheduled or changed flights. You will lose a ton of time and money if you use this company.

They broke again Fallout 76 with their latest update and show no interest in fixing the bugs. They are more interested in making new bugs.

To book a single flight, you need to click 10 times no thanks for all kind of unnecessary crappy extra services that nobody buys. It is always faster and often cheaper to use anyone else.

REPLY TO REPLY: You do not need to locate any reservation, you made making reservation so tiresome that I ended up booking from your competitor.

You need to fix your broken system that is wasting a ton of time for your customers clicking all those "no thanks" boxes for nothing. This is very user-unfriendly and you relying your business on customers making a mistake and buying accidentally some useless crap is dubious. Quit scamming your customers if you want to keep them. I walk.

Amazon is censoring reviews. Everything critical towards Amazon or their product is swiftly removed. This makes 1) writing reviews and 2) reading them futile. What use are reviews that show only one side of the coin?
