We met the family that looked our dog a couple of months before his stay and they were really nice. When we were away they also sent photos of him and he looked very happy to be with them.

I paid extra to receive item the day after but have to three days to get it.

I am sorry to hear you have not received this on a next day service.

Here are American Golf we send out thousands of parcels, we do everything we can to make sure orders get delivered in the correct time frame but unfortunately, sometimes we do face delays in busy time periods.

I understand you did not receive this on a next day service, therefore I have refunded you the £4.99. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear back to your original payment method.
