Not really impressed, got 2 smoke alarms and the batteries have both died with 3 days. Emailed customer services, still 5 days no response. This is the second time they've been unresponsive, shame really. Time to start looking elsewhere. You pay a premium for the apparently excellent service that never materialise.

Really not impressed with your service! The person I was speaking with just put the phone down on me after informing her that I do not know the status of my aerial as that is what I called you for!
