5 star experience from start to finish. Our first consultation with Nick was factual and informative. No big sell or gimmicks. His personable and down to earth approach instilled confidence. Throughout the order and installation process we were consulted at each stage to ensure that work would be done the way we wanted. There were no short cuts or shortfalls - in fact additions and futureproofing were undertaken as the job evolved at no extra cost to us. We had an excellent experience with everyone involved: groundworkers, brick layers, joiners, plasterers and electricians with daily visits from Nick or Becky or Josh to oversee the project. Good communication and allocated time slot. Driver also made contact to notify me when 10 mins away. Both delivery guys went above and beyond, and even offered to mop the floor before they left - adding "we like to leave the place as we found it" (I politely declined the offer). I am not easily impressed - but everyone and everything at Custom Vision Clinic is first class and conducted in the beautiful setting of Bramham Park. James is friendly, informative and professional. He takes his time to explain the options available and what the procedures will entail in order that the patient can make an informed decision. No hard sell, no chasing calls or incentives. All the staff are helpful and friendly. My overall experience was stress free and relaxed from start to finish. Exceptional ***** aftercare from the man himself. A big thank you to you all.
