Lost order, no replacement or response
My order has been lost in Swindon Royal Mail sorting centre since the 11th September. I have called Royal Mail and they confirmed it is lost. Numerous emails to chequp to receive this email on 17th:
“ Dear Demi,
Thank you for reaching out.
I am really sorry to hear you've not received your delivery and for the inconvenience caused. We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we will investigate the issue to resolve it as soon as possible.
Upon checking the tracking, it seems to provide the option to update your delivery options. Please can you confirm if you have attempted to do so, and if so what was advised?
We look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.”
It has no relevance as the parcel is lost. I have sent more emails and no reply. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank, reporting to GPhC and MHRA and trading standards.
You should not be operating a company dispensing medication without proper customer service.
Please avoid and take your hard earned money elsewhere as if you need any support with your order or it goes missing you’ve got no hope.
