Helpful supplement - on the pricey side

Never quite sure it’s doing much for me until I stop taking it and notice a decline! 4 stars as I think it’s over priced and regular customers aren’t rewarded with 50% for three months off that new customers are offered. I cancel my subscription every 3 months and take a break before signing up again with a new 50% off code! I’m sure many others do the same so it’d be great if there was a customer loyalty scheme to replicate or match the discounts available to new customers.

Blocked After Legitimate Complaint – Poor Service on High-Priced Items

I’ve purchased several vintage and antique items from this company over the years without issue, but my experience with their hard plating service has been disappointing.

A previous order arrived with visible patches of silver still showing through the plating. That was refunded without issue, but unfortunately the same standard slipped again.

More recently, I paid £340 to have a chain hard plated in 9ct gold, with an added dog clip. On arrival, the bale attached to the new clip was visibly twisted. I contacted Rebecca within an hour of delivery - the necklace had not been worn.

While a repair was offered, I was told I would need to cover the return postage, despite this clearly being a finishing fault. The issue was dismissed as “just a very minor aesthetic issue and not a security issue,” which misses the point entirely - at this price level, you expect a properly finished item, not something visibly flawed.

After returning the necklace, I was refunded in full (including the postage that was initially refused). However, I was then instantly blocked on Instagram, which appears to be their primary sales channel.

Blocking a repeat customer for raising a legitimate issue is a particularly poor way to handle complaints. It suggests the business is more interested in avoiding criticism than addressing it and undermines confidence in how issues are handled.

A nightmare to deal with! Awful communication & dishonest tactic's

Awful communication as previous reviewers have found, staff are unprofessional and when they do get in touch are a nightmare to deal with. Slick sales format but when things go wrong it all starts to fall apart rather rapidly. My car was at the Walton branch for 5 weeks, just driven it home and the faults it was in there for are still present! Been lied to by head of after sales Hazel Jagdev about the work they’ve done on the car. There is a hard upsell on warranties but beware they are not worth the paper they’re written on: repair appointments only available several weeks away and no courtesy cars unless you are prepared to wait 2 months - not practical when your car isn’t working properly. After numerous emails and calls I got bumped up the list but a hassle for a service that should be easy to access. Alarm bells should have been ringing when they insisted on throwing the extended warranty in despite us not wanting to pay for one, instead they changed the car/part exchange price - one can only assume to bump up their warranty sales figures. These type of dishonest tactics seem to run rife through the Walton branch as staff in servicing misled me about repairs, demanded money for work they later deemed unnecessary (when I refused demands for hundreds of pounds) and have failed to fix faults related to the initial repair they carried out. Fortunately we have proof of this in email correspondence and strongly advise to communicate in writing. All this and the car has only been with us 5 months! Large car dealerships generally have a bad reputation and in this branch’s case it’s well deserved. Stellantis head office just pass complaints back to the branch so no help. For a multinational corporation, the customer experience is shockingly poor. A case is raised with The Motoring Ombudsman now and I’ve reported the garage to Trading Standards. Stellantis have replied to this review promising they’d be in touch but I’ve not heard a thing.
