Makes me feel nauseous

The price and delivery are five stars. The reason I gave three is that the product (collagen) just doesn’t agree with me, I feel nauseous when I take it,
This is the second time I’ve tried collagen (before was the brand ‘Feel’,)
Both times feel sick. So, that’s the end of my collagen attempts, unless there is another way of taking it that doesnt lead to nausea!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you were happy with the price and delivery, though we’re sorry to hear the collagen didn’t agree with you and caused nausea. Some people do find collagen suits them better when taken with food or mixed into different drinks, but we completely understand that it may not be the right option for everyone.

SHAM company

Received two kimonos NOT as advertised….very poor quality, awful print, no sequins as advertised , even when I asked for clarification on Facebook they lied about the product and then deleted my comments and photos proving the products received were not as advertised
No customer service contact
Avoid this site it seems like a complete sham from my experience so far….

The whole package

I had written a series of children’s books and didn’t have a clue how to publish them. Bear With Us really do provide the whole package. They helped at the very beginning in the editing process - they encouraged me to send two stories to them to ensure from the outset the stories in the series were aligned - and the advice I received from Lor was truly invaluable.
Karn then helped bring the characters in my head to life! From the start I had a really clear vision and Karn and the team worked hard and were patient with the character development and it is so true, they all go above and beyond.
My only slight frustration was working within the dashboard system - everything is kept online and I understand why, but when developing characters with expressions at times I really would have loved to be able to arrange zoom calls with Karn to demonstrate expressions, I feel it would have been quicker and easier but that’s just me, I know the system works well for others.
Andy is always there if needed and Luisa was so helpful especially in the production stages.
If you have a children’s book and haven’t got a clue where to begin, I truly recommend you start here.

Hi Claire, Thank you for your kind words and review. I really appreciate it. The project management dashboard set-up is key for us to ensure a great outcome on the project. While we understand a phone call or Zoom might seem a quicker and easier option, we have to keep ALL correspondence written within the project so that all parties involved are protected and that there is no opportunity to get things wrong and lost in verbal translation. We feel this makes for a fantastic end-product and ensures your vision is met at all times. We are pleased that you love your book and we wish you all the very best with it.
