I was able to choose my start date..I had bought a session at the time of Black Friday and thought best to start after Christmas.
The beginning classes were foundation into movement helping with balance and gently getting you to move the body, no high expectations which helps builds up the strength. Progression is driven by your own level of ability and by giving moves to take you further if you can or want to.
I certainly noticed by week 5 that I was feeling stronger, my balance had improved and I looked forward to doing the classes, in my own time. Some done in the morning others whenever it suited.
