I can't recommend Bicycle Chain enough. Olly gave us customer service that you just don't find anywhere else these days. They had a fabulous range of bikes and Olly really went the extra mile to make sure we got the bikes that were perfect for us, with loads of informative product information and advice. Having a test area out the back of the shop was really helpful and allowed the bikes to be fitted to us brilliantly. I was also really pleased with the superb range of accessories in the shop, which all seemed to be very reasonably priced. I have always been apprehensive about setting foot in a serious bike shop where I'm not a 'proper' cyclists, but the welcome couldn't have been more warm and sincere and I'm very glad we took the plunge.

I completed my ICB Level 3 Diploma in Payroll Management with Ideal Schools as part of their Platinum Package. The experience has been superb and Nicky has been a fabulous Tutor, even offering timely and valuable support from the other side of the world whilst on holiday. I'm not easily impressed, but I couldn't be more impressed with Ideal Schools. The study materials arrive in good time as you are completing the preceding topic. The study materials give excellent coverage of the syllabus and are easy to understand, again with superb tutorial support. I can't recommend Ideal Schools highly enough.

I've had a tremendous experience with Ideal Schools. Scot has been incredibly helpful in giving me advice during assignments and returning work usually the same day. The study materials have also been superb and easy to digest. Sheila has also been incredibly helpful booking exams really quickly and making sure study materials always arrive the week before I need them. I have booked the ICB Platinum Package with Ideal Schools and it was a superb decision. I can't fault them in any way.

We visited Go Outdoors with our Explorer Scout Group and had a fabulous evening. James and his colleagues were incredibly helpful, giving useful, factual and objective advice across a range of excellent products. Very impressive indeed 🙂
