Daylight robbery, Order Number: 5801462141 they took my money for an app that doesn’t work. All reviews are 1 star and also state it doesn’t work. Fobbed of to support chat robots so they can avoid giving a refund at all costs. Be very careful and read the reviews before purchasing any of their apps. Left with no choice but to initiate a chargeback via the bank.
Order Number: 26922 Ordered a set of stickers, however they look blurry and out of focus. They Look home made rather than professional. When I questioned it they advised it was because I’d zoomed in. You can see the grain with the naked eye. The text is blurry without any magnifying lens. Not happy, on the plus side I requested refund and received one straight away

Thank you for your review. We are genuinely sorry that the stickers you ordered were not up to the standard you expected. We were, of course, very disappointed with the 1-star rating. When you emailed us to say you were unhappy, our immediate priority was to resolve the problem for you. Within an hour, we had processed a full refund which also included the postage you paid, and we also said there was no need to return the stickers and you can keep them.
We'd also like to offer a little context on this particular product line. The stickers are produced for us by a third party on waterproof vinyl. We make no money on our Linux merchandise; it's a time-consuming range to source, but we do it to provide a fun, low-cost add-on for customers buying our Linux DVDs and USBs. In this case, at just over 80p each, they are intended as fun items for new users who want a case badge or a Tux or Linux distro sticker for their laptop or other items.
We understand that Trustpilot can be a place to express frustration when an order or service goes wrong. However, given that we resolved this for you instantly and went beyond a standard refund, we feel our response was swift and efficient. We are sorry once again that the product itself disappointed you.
Following on from my last complaint we are still no further forward. Somehow the day and night readings on the bill are switched. This was originally reported to them early July 2023. Having made several calls and emails since then . I called again on the 20th September 2023 at around 13.15 regarding case 04921266 and was advised that the notes on the case had not been updated with the details I had emailed over. I asked to speak to a manager but was told to could take 72 hours (3 days) however it’s now the 27th and still no call back from a manager. Do I really have to go to the ombudsman regarding this billing error

McDonald’s Colchester high street used to be open into the early hours…I left coda at approximately 2am and was heading to McDonald’s salivating for a burger with pickle. As I got closer to McDonald’s it was looking allot like you were closed. The disappointment set in once I realised that the burger with pickle wasn’t going to happen. I went home burger less and extremely disappointed.
I reported a billing error around a month ago and yet I’m still receiving further bills with the same mistake

Had to call twice to get an email where I could submit photos of the meter
Whilst I appreciate there may be a backlog my mental health is suffering
Their live chat is hopeless also feels like you are talking to a robot.

order #SOP1045068 when trying to change my name on the account i waited over 7 days. despite sending over deed poll and birth certificate, they had still not given an answer as to whether i was allowed to order the medication. ended up looking elsewhere and cancelling the order.

when requesting to change my name by deed poll they sent me a sorry for your bereavement email and locked my account.
because i was changing my name from male to female i assume they took this as the account holder had died.
despite sending the deed poll and my birth certificate it became clear that trying to get it resolved was going to be a waste of time, and i requested that my account was closed and that i would no longer use paypal as a result.
