Non delivery of important item

Had notification by e mail parcel had been delivered but it has not. Spoke via live chat. Not happy at all as you were not able to give me an answer as to where the parcel is. It is a very important item of workwear uniform that is needed for Monday. No effort to mark this urgent because of this. Not happy at all. It is coming from marks and spencer with whom i imagine you have a contract. They will not be happy if i dont have my uniform for Monday. I would actually like to give you no stars. Appalling and I’m stressed now i wont have my uniform for Monday.
