The process is quite simple, the initial sales advisor was clear about the process and always followed up as promised. The transport team could not collect on a Saturday due to resource shortage, then when attempting to collect again did not press the doorbell correctly hence no one answering. Suggestion here is to old school knock on the door ! The final attempt was great with two experienced guys attending and no issues concluding the transaction.

Our order was calculated wrongly therefore we were short of product, getting in contact with the store was impossible, left numerous messages but no one called us back. Definitely not putting the customer first. Shop with them at your own risk!

The club is really friendly and the staff are very helpful. I enjoy using the gym and my kids go to junior squash and junior workout, which has improved their fitness and coordination. The club lounge is relaxing and we enjoy having a drink after our workout. Would recommend Acorns, lovely atmosphere.
