Booking our holiday was a smooth and stress free experience. Tom was patient and polite and explained everything very clearly. He rang back exactly when he said he would with all the information we had requested, together with having researched better and more convenient flights and an alternative hotel nearer the port for boarding our cruise ship. Emails arrived within the timeframe stated and with all necessary attachments.
