Shell energy broadband is the worst customer service I have ever experienced so far. They over charged me for £64 pound, I happened to find it out by chance. When I questioned them , they gave no expectations no apology. The refund procedure will require my card details and security number, as they claim that this is necessary! Otherwise, they could not refund me without my card security number. The person on the phone line , who speaks poor English and unprofessional, it freaked me out to give him all my bank details to him. At results, he refused to refund me after I did not give my card security digits. When horrible company! Run!
