Title: RocketPlay failed me – no transparency, no accountability

Review:
I had one of the most disappointing experiences ever with RocketPlay Casino (Dama N.V., Curaçao).

During my gameplay session on Coins of Zeus – Hold & Win (between 07:00–14:00 UTC, 11 Oct 2025), I noticed irregular server behavior suggesting my game might have been rerouted through a third-party processor called GameAssist. To verify that my session was fair, I requested a full record of my gameplay data — timestamps, routes, and spin results.

RocketPlay refused to provide it, claiming that server routes and logs “do not qualify as personal data.” In other words, they denied me access to the only information that could confirm whether my game was handled properly.

I have now escalated this matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board(they too don’t care) as I believe RocketPlay’s refusal to disclose relevant data violates basic transparency and fair-play principles. Players deserve to know where their game sessions are being processed and whether their data is being rerouted or monitored externally.

Until RocketPlay provides verifiable session data and refunds the disputed amount, I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking fair or transparent gameplay.

RocketPlay is a shitty platform. They are not transparent. Hang in there long enough you’ll find out. Still waiting for their response regarding my game session data which they denied any activity on their records. They are rigged stay away. Been here the beginning. Stay away.

RocketPlay Rubbish. No Transparency nor Accountability. Don’t Join and you won’t be disappointed. All games aren’t fair not legit. Skyrocketing wins a lie every time.
