Absolutely great advertising via Facebook, ordered the black Cheryl boots after seeing the model wearing them. Ordering was simple & arrived within a few days! Lovely comfy boots that are lightweight , with a nice sized heel. Will definitely be ordering again thank you 🙏🏼

Ordered a washing machine had to wait in 4 hours to be told the delivery guy wasn’t happy to fit it because the plug socket was under the sink. I advised him the false back board just lifted up but he was having none of it , saying water & electric don’t mix . There are no regulations saying you can’t have a plug socket under a sink. The socket was no where near where the water pipes were. After a call back to customer services they reset the delivery to the following day giving me a 5 hr time slot ! I was not happy but fortunately they sent out Libby & Simon who were fab no quibble just got on with the job & they arrived at 09.15 so didn’t have to wait long !

I am so sorry to hear the first crew were unable to complete the services on your order due to the location of your plug socket, I can understand how disappointing this would be and rest assured the feedback will be passed on.
I'm glad to hear the second crew managed to get everything sorted for you, though, and they arrived early the following day. I do hope you're happy with your new washing machine and hope you will consider shopping with us in the future!
