Sell on the day or get chipped at

Sell on the day or get chipped at. 4 day promise mm. Valued on a Sunday, didn’t sell, changed mind and clicked on the link which clearly said I could only make an appointment up until Thursday 23rd to honour the price. Arrive to receive another £500 less value…funny enough nobody could track the value done at £500 more even though it’s on text..apparently the promise is 4 days from when the appointment is made which is ridiculous. In essence booking on a Monday for example for the Saturday means there’s no 4 days because that’s gone by the time you get there..

I always have sold with we buy any car but this was a whole new experience..

They track various factors such as demand, availability of a particular model and current sale prices we are experiencing for such vehicles. We are constantly adjusting our valuations in response to the fluctuations and we therefore offer a 4 day guarantee period on our valuations as this protects customers against any changes in the market during this period

Under 17s driving extra insurance joke

Under 17s driving experience listed on website as ‘ You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.’ in actual fact you require another insurance regardless of ‘wilful’ or not as they work with a partner company who have a £5000 excess unless you take another cover out ! How can an under 17 driving experience not include sufficient dual control supervision to account for that and require additional insurance. Not bothered about the wilful damage as he’s responsible but to not cover standard driving is ridiculous. As you need to activate to book virgin have washed their hands of this and palmed off with ‘ This voucher is currently showing in a 'claimed' status, meaning it is frozen from being able to action anything’

Well done virgin, 4 bought this year and never again!

Virgin have now agreed to refund so I’ve altered the stars..

Not be having a Baxi again!

Had a new boiler installed Friday- no hot water
Saturday- engineer visited and said Hall effect sensor - manufacturing fault
Booked in with Baxi for Tuesday

Not pleased we have no hot water that long with children. Baxi used to attend either same day or following.

Time to start using a different manufacturer I think......not just for myself either.
