I just wanted to say a big thank to Bob Smith for that presentation on Symprove. Even though the presentation was short, it was very insightful. I had technical issues with the sound on my phone but the slides in the presentation were full of very useful info. It helped that there was enough time to read all the slides because I am not a very fast reader. I look forward to organising an in-person visit because I believe our nurses need to pass on this knowledge to our patients. We always say that the overall health begins with your gut health.

The different tastes and sharpness of the sauces were great. I would most definitely recommend to all that enjoy spicy dishes.

I love the whole range of sauces, my favourite is the peri peri marinade. My husband loves the scorpion and the carolina reaper sauces, adds them to almost all his food. Thank you for the great products, highly recommend.
