Absolutely First Class from Start to Finish!

First class service from start to finish!

Having never owned a tub before this wasn't something I was going to rush into and I'd been to a few different places in and around the West Midlands. Andy and the team at Hot Tub Studio were without question the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient out of everyone. Andy took his time to explain the pros and cons of the various different brands and models which ultimately led us to purchasing a Jacuzzi branded tub.

The transaction offered superb value for money and was seamless from start to finish. The installation team were efficient and set the tub up on the day of delivery...all that we had to do was wait for it to get up to temp and we were enjoying it the very next day!

Highly highly recommend these guys if you're in the market - I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Great response to an initial issue!

I recently purchased the Oxford 6 Seat Round Rattan Bar Set - with Ice Bucket. When the product arrived the cushions that came with the bar set were marked and some were slightly bent out of shape.

After reporting the issue I received a call from Arron who works in operations - he was very apologetic and offered to arrange for a vehicle to drop off a new set of cushions the very next day!

There will always be issues but more often than not it's the way in which they are dealt with that really matters and in this instance the service I received was first class - other than the condition of the cushions the actual furniture itself is incredibly well made and I wouldn't think twice about purchasing more from maze!

A masterclass in how not to treat customers...

Terrible experience from start to finish! Whilst the repair itself was as you would expect, the customer service was appalling. I had two separate pieces of glass that needed replacing - I was sent the payment link, paid via the Barclays link and took my vehicle down to the local partner. When I got there I was asked if I'd paid to which I showed the technician my e-receipt from the payment link - he asked me to speak to the head office who informed me that there was an additional £ 120.00 to pay for the second piece of glass. Whilst I had no issue with this in principle (because they were separate claims) I asked why I hadn't been sent a second payment link and was only now finding out about this. The call handler was beyond rude, was highly unprofessional and said that I'd need to call Barclays bank (their online partner) to find out why a second link hadn't been sent but that it is what it is and that I'd need to pay the money if I wanted the repair to be carried out. no apology, no nothing. I told him that it felt like a shakedown and he again said that it is what it is! I made a complaint via my insurance broker, via my insurance company to AutoWindscreens and heard nothing back - no courtesy call to apologise for the inconvenience of having to cancel the appointment and re-book; no apology for the poor level of customer service I'd received...nothing. Had I not been tied into using them via my insurer I would have looked to anyone else. Based on my experience alone I wouldn't use them again and would actively avoid.
